What is CBD and what does it bring?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a cannabidoid from the female hemp plant and not psychoactive.
Purely medically, it has a decongestant, anti-inflammatory, anxiolytic and nausea.
CBD is considered an effective, well-tolerated and, above all, safe component of the hemp plant.
For self-medication, CBD is very interesting as it can develop anti-inflammatory, anti epileptic and antischizophrenic properties without dampening side effects. On top of that, CBD can help you cope with stress better or sleep more smoothly.
Since CBD is not psychoactive, you will not notice any significant change in your mood, attention or state of mind.
CBD can also do a lot of good for the skin in certain creams and lotions.
Intake recommendation:(CBD Oil)
The intake recommendation can be very individual depending on the type.
They should never exceed the prescribed application of the respective manufacturers.
Usually less is usually considered more, so start small. Best with 5 CBD oil 1-2 times a day 5 drops under the tongue. It is best to keep the drops 60sec under the tongue as this way the CBD can be absorbed well via the oral mucosa.
Continue to adjust the quantity as needed.
For pregnant or nursing women, we cannot recommend taking them.
The recommendations are based on customer experience and manufacturer recommendations.

Yes it is!

Travelling with CBD products in your luggage:
In general, there should be no problems when travelling within the EU.
Nevertheless, the current regulations regarding CBD should be clarified well before the trip.
The stricter the rules regarding THC in the form of cultivation and import, the more problems there could be with the import of CBD products.
We advise to include the ingredients and the description in English or the respective national language for each trip.
There should be no problems at all in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
However, we always recommend to carry the packaging so that there can be no misunderstandings.
